We've revolutionized the invisible orthodontics industry with an exceptional team of specialists dedicated to creating smiles, using the latest technology for diagnosis, treatment, and case management.We’re looking for an Orthodontist Trainer to join us. 🦷Are you ready to join us?Responsibilities:Be responsible for the Doctors' country performance and own team of doctors leads.Overview the whole country with the team, being directly responsible for dedicated cities or areas.Train, hire, motivate, retain, and lead the team of Spain doctors.Create processes, review execution, and ensure compliance with protocols by country doctors for different types of visits.Ensure achievement of monthly targets by country doctors, review their performance, and create action plans for improvement.Motivate, train, and review hygienist and their performance to make sure they become an alliance of Impress clinic teams to help doctors and ensure help an overview of in-clinic doctor protocols and compliance with Impress processes.Create and be on top of daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs: same-day uploading of cases, diagnoses, and prescriptions by doctors, conversions, NPS, and reviews by the clinic, by a doctor, revenue, and end-of-treatment ratio.Be the first level of support for the doctors and dental nurses.
