Are you skilled in both graphic and motion design, with a passion for crafting high-performing ads? As a Performance Ad Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our visual output, creating ads that captivate audiences while driving key performance metrics.This role is perfect for a designer who understands the unique demands of performance advertising and is eager to bring both creativity and data-driven insights into their work. You’ll collaborate with creative strategists and marketers to develop innovative, attention-grabbing designs tailored for paid media campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day video editing of ECommerce ads for both Facebook and TikTok.Working with the creative team to manage revisions of existing videos and conceptualizing new creative ideas.Ensuring all videos are completed on time and to a high standard ready for launch.Keeping a pulse on TikTok and paid ads to find out what’s working for others, what’s trending etc., and incorporate this into your videos.Design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Ensure final designs are visually appealing, on-brand, align with design principles and follow brand guidelines. Who You AreAt least 2 years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.You’ve produced video ads for ECommerce brandsProficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).You’re fluent in English and are confident communicating on calls (both internally and externally)You’re open minded and willing to learnYou are able to take feedback and use your initiative to manage video revisionsYou use Instagram/TikTok in your free time…sometimes you feel you spend a bit too much time on there - but at least you know the platform well!Experience with collaboration tools such as monday.com, notion, figma and frame.io would be ideal Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives.A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives.Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients  in a fast-paced environment.TRGT Employee BenefitsWe have lots of exciting benefits and we are continually developing our employee package...Fully remote workingFlexible working hoursUnlimited holiday (25 days minimum)Enhanced Maternity and Paternity packagesCompany team building and fun eventsOptional activity trips - TRGT contribute towards surfing, hiking and other activity tripsCareer development - we ensure all employees have a clear development path outlined
