Hard Requirements: you must speak German and be based in Madrid or willing to commute.As the International Partner Acquisition Lead, you will drive global growth by identifying and recruiting strategic partners in diverse international markets. This role includes managing the partner acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to develop GTM strategies to accelerate SaaS adoption.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partner Identification: Identify and recruit advisory, consulting, systems integrators, managed service providers, and technology partners in key international markets.Market Expansion: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to enter new markets and drive SaaS adoption through partnerships.Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations and establish agreements that drive mutual value and compliance.Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for international partners, aligning on business objectives and co-marketing efforts.Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance and provide insights to optimize results. Ensure partners meet KPIs for lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.Reporting: Regularly update senior leadership on partnerships, market trends, and international growth.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure partnerships comply with local regulations and company policies.Product & Technology Alignment: Work with technical teams to provide partners with necessary support for SaaS solutions.Travel: Travel internationally to meet partners, attend events, and build relationships.Your ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields (MBA or SaaS industry experience is a plus).5+ years of experience in international partner acquisition, business development, or sales.Proven success scaling SaaS businesses through partnerships, driving revenue, and entering new markets.Understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles, including subscription-based revenue and cloud technologies.Knowledge of ESG landscape or supply chain management.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work across cultures.Experience in high-growth tech environments.Familiarity with global data protection regulations, including GDPR.Experience with CRM and PRM tools for partner management.Fluent in English and German.Do you have
