Payroll Consultant (Spanish & English speaking)Madrid (3 days onsite per week)Initial 6 month engagement€225-€275 per day. A leading software organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Consultant to join its team in Madrid. This role requires a professional with a strong background in operational payroll processing, with a particular focus on Spanish payroll. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English. While global payroll experience is advantageous, expertise in Spanish payroll is the top priority.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end payroll process for employees in Spain.Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including tax deductions, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements.Maintain compliance with Spanish labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting obligations.Utilise ADP GlobalView to manage payroll operations effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to ensure seamless payroll functionality.Respond promptly to employee queries regarding payroll, resolving discrepancies professionally.If you are a detail-oriented payroll professional with expertise in Spanish payroll and proficiency in ADP GlobalView, we would love to hear from you!
