En nuestra consultoría de selección y formación trabajamos con distintas firmas en los sectores del Lujo, Premium y High Premium alrededor de Europa y tenemos oficinas en Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milán y Munich.
Como People Business Partner, aportarás valor como un socio estratégico y comercial para los equipos designados de funciones centrales del Village.
Apoyar proactivamente el éxito del proceso continuo de gestión del rendimiento para fomentar una cultura de alto desempeño en los equipos de funciones centrales/Village.
Fomentar conversaciones de desarrollo continuo durante todo el año, proporcionando y solicitando retroalimentación en tiempo real, registrada en el portal de personas para referencia
Garantizar decisiones sólidas en la adquisición de talento, junto con la gestión y el control presupuestario en asociación con el área de Finanzas.
Fomentar la movilidad interna y el desarrollo siempre que sea posible.
Identificar oportunidades para el desarrollo interno del talento con alto potencial.
Colaborar con los líderes de equipo/gestores de personas para crear una cantera de talento, identificando brechas de capacidad y desarrollando soluciones para mitigar riesgos
Ser experto/a en prácticas y cuestiones de relaciones laborales en las distintas jurisdicciones
