nowledge of Core HCM concepts like business processes, organizations, security, reporting, etc.
xperience with support of various modules like Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Reporting, and Recruitment.
bility to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at a time.
trong Analytical Skills -  eg.
ability to transform complex requirements in simple flow chart diagrams. Self-starter attitude and willingness to take on any challenge.
bility to design as well as configure the requirements without external help.
trong Team Player.
xcellent verbal and written Communication skills, fluent English is a pre-requisite.
