POOL CONCIERGE

At Iberostar we are looking for a Pool Concierge to join our Operations team based in Aruba, but before knowing more about the position, we think it's important that you learn a little about us.

maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Pool Concierge is to Identify, attend and follow up on the needs of the guests, providing assistance and necessary accompaniment, to ensure their satisfaction during their stay As a Pool Concierge, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Attend and supervise special requests from guests.
-Report any breakdown or incident detected in your work area during your shift.
-Read the building report to follow up on all pending entries.
-Enter room breakdowns and guest requests in E-Guest for the corresponding follow-up.
-Read emails to follow up on requests from guests and other departments.
-Track the delivery of amenities for Horizons guests, honeymooners, anniversary, birthday, etc.
-Verify that the stock of supplies is complete to ensure that they have what is necessary for their operation.
-Provide all the information of the Hotel services as a priority, carrying out upselling.
-Provide destination information upon request to the guest, when requested.
-Follow up on guest requests so that the customer is satisfied.
-Make courtesy calls and invite guests to fill out the survey to find out their level of satisfaction.
-Promote the use of the APP, guiding guests in the use of this tool.
-Correctly use the means of communication and work equipment provided by the company.
-Assist with reservations and/or changes in the reservations of the different a la carte restaurants.
-Stand up when the guest approaches the desk to assist the guest.
-Encourage the guest to share their experience on social networks.
-Say goodbye to the guest at check out -Be in constant communication with runner to follow up on customer requests.
-Confirm the transportation to guests who have made reservations through the Web for its correct follow-up.
-Perform Check Out Express.
Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Highschool Degree Experience.
1 year of customer service or related experience Skills.
-Highly responsible & reliable -Able to motivate team members -Able to remain focused and be detailed in product delivery -Ability to maintain the Standards of the company and Department -Ability to think quickly and find solutions to issues faced daily -Detail oriented -Excellent Command of the English and Spanish Language- Additional language is an asset Se ofrece Our proposal for you.
