Missions of the jobYou will be giving technical support to the demand of all products in Adisseo’s portfolio that are used in the poultry and swine diets by field testing specialty and new products, contributing to the positioning and realization of technical marketing documents, and by technical development of new market niches for existing products.Tasks and responsibilitiesConduct and statistically analyze university/field trials for monogastrics specialty and new productsContribute to the technical positioning of products in poultry/swine industryStay up-to-date with scientific literature by keeping the Product Manager and Business Managers abreast of scientific information relevant to Adisseo’s business and productsDevelop expertise in enzyme, and other additives applied to nutrition as related to poultry and swine in order to provide “cutting-edge” technical support to customers and salesDevelop technical marketing ideas to expand existing market niches and enter new marketsRequirements for the jobHARD SKILLSMinimum 5 years of experience in a technical (sales) position in the feed industry is required, even in other fields than animal nutritionPractical knowledge/work experience of monogastrics management and nutritionExcellent communication skills in Spanish and English (orally and written)Other language knowledge is a plusGood understanding of business issues and processesOpen to work 60% of the time in the fieldSOFT SKILLSAbility to work in a matrix organizationExcellent communication skills (listening, oral, written, and computer)Experience with a CRM package (preferably Sales Force) is a plusAdvanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work within a team environmentEDUCATIONVeterinarian or Agriculture degreeMaster in monogastric nutrition is desirableWhat we offerA full-time, permanent role, based in SpainA great opportunity to learn new things and to gain more experience in business development in the feed additives segmentA challenging position in a great environmentAn attractive salary package with fringe benefitsRelevant on-the-job training with an extensive onboarding programPart of a worldwide leader company in animal nutrition with a great focus in sustainability#LI-JJ1
