POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, combined with a deep understanding of web technologies, database management, and scripting languages. This role requires an individual with a keen analytical mind, design thinking abilities, and strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions.Integrate Office 365 (SharePoint) and other web technologies to streamline processes.Utilize Microsoft services like Logic Apps and Azure Functions for application development.Maintain and optimize databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and Oracle.Write scripts and automate tasks using PowerShell and Python.Use Gitlab and GitHub for version control and collaboration.Track project progress and collaborate effectively using JIRA and Confluence.Work within Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and reviews.Essential Skills & Knowledge:Minimum 2 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell.4+ years of experience in IT development.Proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint) and Microsoft web technologies.Familiarity with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and Oracle.Experience with version control using Gitlab or GitHub.Strong programming skills in Python.Analytical and design thinking mindset.Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).Proficient in Agile methodologies and able to articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences.Desirable Skills & Knowledge:Prior experience in an Investment Banking environment is advantageous.Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.About Us:Collabera Digital is a new age digital engineering company delivering unique experiences, actionable insights, and intelligent products & platforms at the intersection of talent & technology.
