We are currently seeking a Data Product Manager to join our dynamic team, located in Barcelona or nearby areas, with immediate availability.Responsibilities:Work with business teams (supply chain, manufacturing, procurement) to understand their data needs and turn them into clear project requirements.Coordinate with PMO: Work with the PMO to get project approval and form teams responsible for the entire data integration process, from data collection to final delivery.Manage delivery: Make sure the team delivers high-quality results on time, without personally doing the coding.Improve communication between data teams and business stakeholders to ensure both sides are aligned.Lead Agile teams, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery using best practices.Profile:4 years of experience in data integration, with a focus on connecting business needs to technical solutions.Strong skills in PowerBI, AWS, and Databricks, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.Leadership skills to manage teams, ensure good communication with data teams, and prevent misunderstandings.Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or manufacturing, and leading Agile teams.Fluent in English (French is a plus) and comfortable working with international teams.Benefits:Competitive compensation that reflects your experience and expertise, along with full remote working options for flexibility.Access to certified training programs, designed to develop your skills and advance your career in data management and project leadership.Flexible compensation benefits, including tax-efficient options for meals and public transport.Work with a supportive and collaborative team, prioritizing work-life balance and open communication.Gain international experience, working with top-tier clients and colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds, expanding your professional network.If you're looking to make an impact in data integration, leading agile teams and delivering innovative data solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
