PRODUCTION & OPS MANAGER CAE

Based in the Madrid office, the CAE Production Manager is responsible for costing energy efficiency operations and processing CAE applications for the client in the industry, building, service, agriculture, health and public sectors.The CAE Production Manager will also be responsible for monitoring applications, liaising with customers and partners throughout the process.Responsibilities:Lead the CAE Production TeamStudying the eligibility of CAE projects, estimating the energy savings, calculating the premium, etc. Ensuring the administrative set-up and monitoring of Energy Saving or CAE filesMonitoring the dossiers of the customer portfolio entrusted to him/herActing as the dedicated contact for customers throughout the process of putting together an CAE application, right through to submissionBe a proactive advisor to customers and partnersDevelop a relationship of trust with partners and sales representatives alikeKnow how to deal with complex customers (industry, etc.)Develop national partnerships with installers of CAE - eligible equipment. ProfileHolder of a technical diploma such as a BTS, Master's or Engineering degree.Initial experience in a similar role combining costing and administrative preparation of CAE files is not essential. You will be trained;Strong analytical and summarizing skills;Very rigorous, organised and autonomous;Good interpersonal skills and a liking for teamwork;Ambitious and proactive, to work to have a direct impact on the success of the company.
