PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Delivery Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Delivery and Service – APAC & LAC, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the delivery of utility-scale BESS projects from inception to completion. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, R&D, and commissioning. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and its respective procedures. • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management. • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies. • Oversee procurement of equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. • Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project team members. • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on project sites. • Develop and manage project resource plans, including staffing and equipment needs. • Support business development efforts by providing technical input and project insights. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on utilityscale BESS or renewable energy projects. • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Willingness to travel as required.
