Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced project manager to join our growing team. Initially, this opportunity will provide maternity cover for our Lead Project Manager in the Spanish market. The company was founded in 2018 and has since grown to be the premier lifestyle holiday home platform.As part of the Design & Development team, the primary remit for this role will be the project management  of a number of renovation and design projects.  With a predicted GDV of £20m+, you will be responsible for delivering beautiful homes for our customers. Responsibilities Include:Deliver fully operational luxury homes from start to completion, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet high standards.Collaborate with the acquisition team to review potential properties, develop scope of works, and establish renovation budgets.Work with the in-house design team to create and tender full packages, and create Schedules of Works from the drawings.Tender the works to local contractors, negotiate costs, and present the programme of work and budget for approval.Set up and manage on-site projects to completion, overseeing trades, programme, budget, and quality control.Manage external stakeholders, including developers, general contractors, and designers, to advocate for the company's interests throughout the development process.Oversee project budgets, ensuring timely and on-budget results, and define and manage project plans to deliver on the pipeline of real estate projects.Assist in creating, deploying, and leveraging company Standards and Specifications.Manage subcontractors and service providers to ensure contractual compliance.Generate project schedules, monitor adherence, and develop solutions to issues while effectively communicating consequences.Own timelines and budgets to accelerate project launches and reduce costs.Problem-solve issues and work to improve processes to minimise exceptions for rapid scaling.Build and expand the contractor and supplier network in the region.About You – We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in construction or a related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in residential development, ideally across EuropeExperience in luxury residential homes and all phases of development, including cost estimating, planning, and project managementProficiency in creating scope of works, developing budgets, and producing tender packagesStrong understanding of renovation costs and contract administrationAbility to plan and complete projects independently with minimal supervisionPassion for design, brand image, furniture, and interior stylingStrong attention to detail and high standards of workExperience in snagging and delivering snag-free projectsFluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan (bonus: French & Italian)Relevant qualifications (RICS, PMMA, PG DIP, or PRINCE 2 in project management)Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsWell-organised with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spiritProcess-driven with immediate results delivery and future system developmentWillingness to travel to projects in London, Barcelona, Mallorca, and other European locationsOption to be based in Mallorca or BarcelonaProfessional manner, strong organisational skills, and a flexible, can-do attitudeHours and Package:Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.Location: Central London office with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 days from home).Salary: £40 - 50K base with bonus structure Frequent travel to and from EuropeStart date: ASAPOur values as a company:Urgency: Acts promptly, purposefully, and efficientlyExcellence: We strive for excellence in everything we do, setting high standards for ourselves and continuously raising the bar.Resourcefulness: Embraces challenges, takes initiative, has innovative problem solving abilitiesOwnership Mindset: We hold ourselves accountable for our actions, fostering a culture of pride, initiative, and empowerment within our team.Communication and Openness: Transparent and open with constructive and positive feedback.
