Who are we ? At Urban Campus, our job consists in working with Institutional Investors to help them transform and build residences with shared areas and services. We manage these residences on their behalf.As for our tenants, not only do we provide them with a smooth digital onboarding and high-end accomodation, but also with a dynamic community to be a part of, animated by Urban Campus' teams. Job context and responsibilitiesWith nearly 15 residences under management by early 2025, Urban Campus keeps on developing in France and Spain. This full-time position is a replacement and is located in Madrid.As our Property Manager in Spain, you will be part of the Operations team, which manages our 10 residences in Spain.You will be reporting to Lorena, Head of Operations in Spain, and will work with several people, given your pivotal role :José Maria, Junior Property Manager, and Jorge, Facility ManagerRut, Real Estate AccountantAll our Residential ManagersIrache, Sales ManagerAmong your responsibilities, you will find the following :1/ Financial management and performance optimizationDevelop and implement the annual management plan of each one of the assets, including the creation of Business Plans and OPEX forecasts with the support of the other departments of the Operations team (sales, marketing, community, customer support...)Supervise and optimize the OPEX management of the assets, develop initiatives preventing OPEX and improving resident experienceCreate and revise monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and operative reportingsCarry out periodic on-site visits to ensure quality control and proactive upkeeping of the assets2/ Ensure a smooth relationship with the landlordsWork hand-in-hand with our landlords and enhance their satisfactionAdapt your reportings according to their different expectations3/ Work closely with all asset-related teams and providersManage facility issues in coordination with the Customer Support teamSelect, manage and supervise services providers (facility management, housekeeping, and others)Support the Operations team on sustainability initiatives and certificationsQualifications and soft skills we are looking forBackground and work experienceYou have valuable experience in residential property management (2-3 years)You must be fluent in Spanish and English ; French is a plusYou are an Excel masterYou have experience with CRMs and Property Management Systems, as well as accounting softwaresYou have managed landlord relationship beforeSoft skillsYou are hands-on, thorough, with great organization skillsYour communication is smooth and adapts to your different business partnersYou enjoy teamwork and solving problems togetherYou know how to prioritize your work and can adapt to stressful situations, such as openings and landlord presentationsWhy joining Urban Campus ?Take part to the transformation of the real estate industry with innovative coliving and flexliving products, in a market leading company, along with top-tier business partners and investors.Work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams : located in France and Spain, our tech, architecture, operations, business development and support teams gather 45 talented people featuring 8 different nationalities.Make a difference within a human-sized company, for we value both team spirit and individual initiatives.
