QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

A lot has changed since Alfred Nobel started the business but some things haven´t changed: our dedication to our people to achieve excellence in what we do.Purpose of the position:Expert support on quality of processes, products, services and solutions, from design, development and industrialisation, to manufacturing, distribution and implementation.Requirements: Planning and conducting risk analysis of product, process, service and application risks in order to guarantee the quality of the solutions offered to customers.Follow-up of complaints, claims and incidents related to quality control and assurance, new suppliers and elaboration of related technical reports.Collaborate in the design, development and industrialisation processes of new products, processes, services or solutions.Collaborate in processes of homologation, certification and official approval of the same.Preparation of reports and analysis of data relating to quality.Definition and implementation of quality plansMonitoring KPIs, improvement projects and initiatives to improve the quality of products, processes and services.Carrying out audits and inspections in the places determined, in accordance with the Audit and Certification Programme.Drawing up technical reports on product quality, relating to non-conformities, stability evaluations.Definition of test methods related to quality.Supervise the application of procedures, operational practices and instructions related to quality control and assurance.Review of maintenance plans in relation to critical equipment for quality control and assurance.Review of calibration plans.Complying with the provisions of the documents of the management system that fall within the scope of its competence.Keep the quality recordsCarry out other activities deriving from the fulfilment of their functions, and other activities assigned by the management of the Sustainability and Global Management System function.Train, raise awareness and supervise, when required, personnel directly related to the control and assurance of the quality of products, processes and services.Management of KPI tracking tools and document managers as well as data extraction and analysis and generation of reports associated with control panels.Requirements:Degree in Chemistry, Industrial or Mining Engineering.Knowledge of ISO 9001 Management System,Knowledge of ISO 14001 is desirable.Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions.Experience in the chemical, oil&gas or energy sector is valuable.Availability to travel nationally and internationally.Ability to adapt, learn and be proactive.Advanced level in the use of management tools (Sharepoint, Power BI).Fluent in Spanish and English, other languages are valued.
