SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST B2B MIN 5 YRS EXPERIENCE

Support the Sales Manager on the achievement of budgeted sales within existing customers.Support the Sales budget preparation and monitoring.Analysis of budget deviations and preparation of mitigation actions if neededSupport the performance monitoring of commercial activities using key metrics.Develop together with the Sales Manager the Pricing analysis for different products and marketsMonitoring competitor activity to identify new business opportunitiesPeriodic Global Market Analysis and Segmentation including an overview of Market Intelligence (Commodities, competition, customers and key raw materials)Standardization of offers, presentations and other commercial toolsSupport the Sales Manager on the Branding & Communication. Coordination with external providerPrepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.Support the Sales Manager on the preparation annual Marketing review and projections for the Budget process.Assist in creating written customer case studies and collateral including datasheets, value proposition, messaging, and content.Critical competencesA demonstrated knowledge and application of Market Research Techniques and Marketing Analytics.Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Develops realistic action plans.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites products including Outlook.Education/QualificationsUniversity degree on Engineering specialization. Ideally Mining Engineering.Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.Excellent sales and technical knowledge of explosives products.Excellent knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Must have strong reporting and presentation skills.Financial analysis skills.Professional ExperienceMinimum 5 years professional experience.3-5 years minimum of sales or manufacturing experience in the mining, chemical, heavy machinery, construction or related industries.Minimum 2 years experience in analytics. Ability to analise data and source information required to understand the marketGlobal experience preferred (multiple continents)Global knowledge of explosive systems preferredDemonstrate sound investigative skills as well as a rigorous work organization methodology.Financial acumen.Other skills (languages, IT, other technical knowledges)Languages: Spanish and Fluency in EnglishNo telecommuting is considered.20-30% estimated TravellingInterest in developing in a Business Development and Account Management role within the industry.
