Our objective is to incorporate a Salesforce expert, with a Project Management profile who has experience in Logistics processes and systems, and who knows how to design processes to support projects with their clientsWe are looking for a proactive profile, problem solver, results-oriented and with a focus on business analysis. If you have experience in the world of consulting, have studied a technical career (engineering or related field), are bilingual in English, manage advance Salesforce environment and are familiar with agile methodologies, this challenge is perfect for you!Responsibilities:• Coordination and leadership of solution sales processes• Customer relationship management• Manage advance Salesforce environment• Direct and supervise international systems implementation projects using agile methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery• Software Systems Consultant / Product Owner• Scrum meeting planning• Listening skills. Understanding customer requirements• Gap analysis compared to our software solutions• Understand and resolve problems (customer/internal) with processed data/software effectively and efficiently• Delivery Management, structuring the phases and processes of a software project under agile methodologies• Planning and execution of solution demonstrations• Capacity for teamwork and team development• Ability to translate business needs to the technology team• English spoken, read, and written• Functional skills, aptitude and problem-solving character are highly valuedEssential capabilities:• University degree in engineering or related field• 3-5 years experience in business or systems consulting in one of the large consulting firms• Expert in the Salesforce environment• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to implement them• Experience in Business Analytics• Bilingual English (spoken and written)• International experience in project management• Ability to effectively solve problems and make informed decisions• Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude• Ability to approach challenges with confidence and determination• Experience with complex projects• Ability to adapt to international schedules and multicultural environments• Listening ability.
