SENIOR FIELD MARKETING MANAGER

Cyber Guru, with over 1,000,000 users, is the leading vendor of Cyber Security Awareness Training in Southern Europe. Our mission is to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize and counteract cyber threats, ensuring a robust security culture within organizations. Our solutions are delivered via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, providing scalable and accessible training programs. We are now looking to replicate the success we have achieved in Italy in the Spanish market. We are seeking a creative and passionate field marketing manager to join our Spanish team. As a field marketing manager you will lead the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to drive demand, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. Furthermore, you will help the sales team with contact discovery and appointment setting as well as manage our social media channels for Spain. This role requires collaboration with sales, channel, and corporate marketing teams to align strategies, manage regional events, and optimize campaigns for measurable results. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with salesResearch, choose, design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with product/solution marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, training and content.Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.Manage all communication aspects of our Spanish operations, including Social Media channels and our Blog.Coordinate local marketing external resources, such as agencies, vendors, sponsorships, associations, and other third parties.Manage our partner marketing activities, including processing of MDF requests, claim and closed loop tracking through our partner portal.Work with Sales and Sales Ops to load leads into our MAP/CRM (Hubspot)Perform regular data cleansing activites on the Spanish database to keep our records up-to-date.Write and execute email nurturing campaigns to address our contacts database.Manage all local content and assets needed to perform field activities (brochures, giveaways, pull-up stands, etc.)Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs.Prepare reports on field marketing activities to present to upper management. Skills and Experience2+ years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in Tech environment)Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and salesAbility to demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibilityExperience in the cybersecurity industry (highly desirable)Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budgetAbility to align tactical plans with strategiesFamiliarity with Marketing & Sales Tools (MAP, CRM, etc.)Inbound and outbound marketing strategy/execution experienceExcellent communication skills (solid writer and presentation skills)“Can-do” person, self-motivated, autonomous and with solid project management skillsBS in marketing or business, or comparable education/experienceFluent English and Spanish, any other language a plus, position based in Spain
