nd-to-End Rental Cycle ManagementGuide clients (tenants) through the rental process from initial inquiry to post-completion, delivering a seamless, luxury service experience.
Offer creative solutions to overcome challenges and close deals aligning with landlords and tenants interests.
arketing and PromotionCollaborate with our marketing team to ensure each property is promoted with high-quality visual and written content, maximizing exposure and occupancy.
Conduct property visits with prospective clients, showcasing each propertys premium features.
RM and Database ManagementKeep the CRM updated with client requirements and market trends, maintaining a personal client database aligned with company standards.

erformance Analysis and ReportingMonitor and manage occupancy rates and profitability of managed properties, conducting performance analyses.
Generate periodic reports on property occupancy and the impact of marketing campaigns side by side with our marketing team.
equirementsProven experience in the real estate sector, ideally in luxury rentals and the Madrid market.
