ServiceNow Functional Analyst/Solution DesignerWe’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Functional Analyst/Solution Designer to join us on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver impactful ServiceNow implementations.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document functional requirements.Design ServiceNow workflows, data models, and service catalogs.Collaborate with developers to implement solutions and support UAT/testing.Recommend platform enhancements and best practices.Requirements:5+ years in ServiceNow Functional Analyst or Solution Designer roles.Deep knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITBM).Strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS, ITIL.Contract Details:Duration: long term contractLocation: Barcelona (hybrid - mode 2 days onsite)Start date: ASAP
