SERVICENOW INTEGRATION DEVELOPER

ServiceNow Integration DeveloperLocation: Remote We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, implement, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on integration development and be well-versed in modern IT operations and infrastructure. This role demands a proactive problem solver with excellent analytical and technical skills who can build robust, scalable integration solutions tailored to organisational needs.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., IT systems, databases, cloud services).Utilise integration methods such as REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, and JDBC to ensure seamless data exchange.Work closely with system architects and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable solutions.Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, process owners, ITSM teams, and other technical teams to align integrations with organisational strategies.Write, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer logic to address integration needs.Manage data transformation processes between ServiceNow and external systems.Ensure data integrity during transfers by creating and maintaining accurate data mappings and configurations.Quickly diagnose and resolve integration issues, employing strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing integrations to meet evolving business requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on integrations.Strong knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure management, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments.Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Scripted APIs, and ServiceNow IntegrationHub.Familiarity with integration tools like Orchestration and ETL.Strong understanding of data transformation processes and best practices.Experience with KAFKA for messaging and data streaming.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges.Familiarity with TM Forum (TMF) API considerations.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge projects involving complex integrations with ServiceNow.Collaborate with a talented and supportive team of experts.Opportunity to grow and expand your skills in a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation.Apply Now:If you are passionate about building seamless integrations and enhancing enterprise solutions, we want to hear from you.
