SPECIALIST - PRODUCT OWNER DIGITAL, CLOUD, HOSTING & IOT

The primary mission of the Specialist – Product Owner Digital, Cloud, Hosting & IoT within the VB commercial division, will be responsible for designing innovative digital solutions encompassing IoT, cloud & hosting, and digital applications.
The role must serve as pre-sales support to the sales team and involve proactively identifying customer demands and proposing tailored solutions, as well as maintaining and managing relationships with solutions providers to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
• Designs and customizes end-to-end solutions tailored to meet client's specific IoT, cloud & hosting and digital needs; • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Developing long-term strategies and roadmaps for digital solutions aligned with business objectives and market trends • Support commercial teams with the necessary product knowledge, tools, and resources for effective go-to-market strategies, • Collaborate with project managers, particularly on MVP launches like Cloud, NaaS, and IaaS solutions, to ensure timely delivery of products and features.
• Analyse competitive products and industry trends to identify potential product differentiators • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
• Experience in digital solution architecture, with a focus on IoT, cloud & hosting, and digital applications.; • Proficiency in architectural design tools and methodologies; • Technical Proficiency to understand in IoT, cloud & hosting technologies, and digital application development frameworks; • Systems / Software / Principles – Cloud based, Platform as a Service, Big Data • User Interface/Experience design Must have technical / professional qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Work experience in Telecommunications / IT Industry; • Extensive experience in digital solution architecture, with a focus on IoT, cloud & hosting, and digital applications; • Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies • English proficiency; Key performance indicators.
• Solution Adoption Rate • # and value of successful sales opportunities influenced by pre-sales support; • Win rate percentage for proposals submitted; • Accuracy and timeliness of payments to vendors.
• Compliance rate with RTP/RFQ/RFI submission deadlines and requirements • # of successful IoT/digital solutions implemented.
