SR. PROJECT MANAGER - CONNECT PPG

We are looking to hire a dynamic project manager to join our Connect PPG Program. As a project manager, you will be a part of the Connect PPG PMO Department and assist in Project Management related engagements. You will play a crucial role in the delivery of our Transformation Program. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing elements of the program that will entail working with a cross-functional team, setting, and monitoring timelines, identifying and minimizing risks, communicating and presenting progress reports and driving on-time, in full delivery of our Transformation. You will use project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements.You will also be responsible to recognize the cultural implications of mixing skilled workers from many nations, along with the tactical steps required for teams to collaborate effectively. You will ensure that a cross-functional team with representation from all key areas and stakeholders is organized and represented to ensure collaborative understanding and for gaining the support needed for the success of the project.You will have extensive contact within key functional areas of our program including People Readiness, Business Process, Deployment, Infrastructure, and business support teams. This will require strong communication, prioritization, and coordination skills.
