The ideal candidate is an ambitious salesperson with a successful proven record of B2B sales, with strong consultative selling and interpersonal skills, and willing to lead initiatives to engage with leads in the B2B market (pharmaceutical industry and Medical Devices/Biotech) to build new business for the company.The candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid background in client relationship building while having a demonstrated ability to execute a sales strategy.🧰 Position OverviewLead generation.Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly new business sales targets.Build an annual Sales Development plan. Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.Be a key partner for our clients, understanding their needs and being able to transform them into a proposal and into a successful project.Manage the customer relationship until they are handed to the Customer Success Team.React to customer / partners queries in an accurate and timely manner.Work with supporting departments to resolve to a satisfactory standard.Accurately complete sales documentation that supports the sale of services including quotations, proposals, and tenders.Make sure that the CRM system is kept updated with customer and opportunity information.Lead the creation and delivery of new business while working and contributing within the broader sales team, creating and promoting ideas to assist colleagues in the achievement of set objectives.THE REQUIREMENTS🔑 Requirements for Success in Strategic Account DirectorQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of successful track record in B2B sales and new business development within the realm of pharma, Healthtech, Edtech, apps, start-ups, pharmaceutics, and life science sectorsSkills:Interpersonal and networking skills, willing to get to know new potential clients.Communication and teamwork skills and eagerness to participate in the development and improvement of the company and processes.Active listener, with a consultative selling approach.organizational, planning, and sales preparation skills.Working knowledge of tech sales tools: Waalaxy, Clay, Hubpsot, Zapier or similars.Excellent tech skills inc.
