TÉCNICO/A DE POSTVENTA / AFTER-SALES TECHNICIAN

Desde ORBEA nos gustaría incorporar a una persona apasionada del ciclismo y con conocimientos técnicos avanzados sobre las bicicletas y sus componentes, para formar parte del equipo de Postventa, encargado de gestionar las reclamaciones de nuestros distribuidores del mercado asignado, a través de los diferentes canales de comunicación existentes.El objetivo del área es dar el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes, utilizando todas las herramientas a nuestra disposición para convertir cualquier reclamación o consulta en una experiencia positiva para nuestros distribuidores y usuarios/as, con una respuesta rápida, efectiva y con estándares de calidad altos.Como Técnico/a de Postventa en ORBEA, te encargarás de las siguientes funciones:Evaluar, diagnosticar y gestionar las reclamaciones de los distribuidores Orbea utilizando nuestra plataforma B2B, email o teléfono.Asegurar la excelencia y la proactividad en el servicio de atención al cliente y resolución de incidencias técnicas.Dar solución en plazo a las necesidades del cliente.Asegurar que tanto distribuidores /as como usuarios/as, conocen el proceso de Postventa, asegurando su satisfacción.Asegurar la formación e información técnica con la red comercial, así como su coordinación con el resto de áreas.QUÉ BUSCAMOS?Conocimientos técnicos avanzados sobre bicicletas y sus componentes.Persona con nivel muy alto de inglés y alto en alguno de los siguientes idiomas: francés, italiano y/o alemán.Experiencia profesional desempeñando tareas de atención al cliente. Valorable experiencia profesional dentro del sector ciclista.Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente tanto por email como por teléfono.Autonomía y capacidad de organización en el desempeño del puesto.Disponibilidad para trabajar en nuestra Sede Central en Mallabia (País Vasco).QUÉ OFRECEMOS?Contrato laboral con posibilidades de continuidad.Política real con un 40% definido de jornadas de teletrabajo.
