With a growing global network of more than 40,000 professionals, we connect companies with highly skilled freelancers.We help to fill the talent gaps, reinforce the teams and support the transformation processes. Freelancers in our network range from strategy, marketing, sales, operations, technology and other mid/senior-level experts.Our operations team in Barcelona needs extra support and that's why we are looking for a Recruiter who will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients.What you are expected to do:Lead end-to-end freelance and executive searches across different regions (mainly DACH)Source and evaluate candidates and create lasting relationships with themManage clients and act as a Talent Advisor for themDevelop ‘Talent Maps’, job boards and sourcing strategies, and vendor networksPlan, advise, and define the sourcing strategy for business needs by considering the most appropriate channels to source talent.Align sourcing strategy with different sales partners for different regionsWhat experience you are expected to bring:1-2 years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency or in-houseExcellent English and German communication skillsExperience in identifying and engaging with senior-level/niche passive candidatesExperience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategiesAbility to think outside the box from a search perspective/ability to effectively engage with passive talentAbility to conduct and analyze research on a variety of websites to draw recommendationsProficiency in using talent pools, marketplaces, and social media platformsNice to have skills:Experience in freelance/contractor searchSoft skills we expect from you:An experienced negotiator who drives positive outcomes“Finisher” mindset - motivation to bring processes to closureCommercial mentalityTeam playerStrong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skillsWhat you may expect from Outvise:🌍International colleagues – we speak more than 10 languages and are from all over the world🏠We expect to see you in the office (Francesc Maciá) once per week💪🏻Urbansports membership and Adeslas health insurance.🍎Fruits available in the office.🏖️It’s never a problem to ask for a day off or holiday as long as you plan ahead (23 days per year + local holidays)💡You are welcome to bring your ideas to the table👩🏻‍💻You can closely collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, and technology) and try yourself in different roles (webinar host, etc.)🎉We like active teambuilding activities – kayaking, stand-up paddle, karting, laser tag, archery, bowling, art&wine, pottery...
