Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team for a multinational leader in the IT sector.📌Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for communication and coordination with various business units, which serve as stakeholders for the App• Needs to understand the specifics of the clients business and communicate effectively in their terms.• Capable of comprehending and analyzing business requirements, assisting in prioritizing them, and negotiating according to the IT budget allocated for the program.• With the support of their team, this individual will be accountable for meeting deadlines, managing budgets, ensuring the scope, and maintaining the quality of the initiatives agreed upon with the customer.• Responsible for managing team members and fostering their growth and development.• You will be accountable for overall domain(scope) responsibilities: solutions, delivery, service operations and budget, leveraging on your teams performance.• Proficiency with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint is required.💡Skills:• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related background.• Over 5 years of experience in IT and managing software development teams.• Experience in a demanding Production Service environment.• Managing stakeholders in a multi-country approach• Managing C-level stakeholders• Proven experience in running Agile Methodologies and leading teams in this context.
