TECHNICAL ADVISOR - UNICA

Job Description:As a Technical Advisor, you will combine your technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills to provide advice and support on a range of products and services. Your role is crucial in the sales process, as your knowledge can significantly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Here are your key duties and responsibilities:1. Product Expertise: - Develop a deep understanding of the Unica Suite and related technologies. - Provide technical guidance to clients and prospects during pre-sales and post-sales interactions. - Address technical queries and troubleshoot issues effectively.2. Customer Support: - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Assist clients in implementing and optimizing Unica solutions. - Offer recommendations based on best practices and industry standards.3. Training and Documentation: - Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Unica features and functionality. - Create technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.4. Relationship Building: - Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs. - Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business goals using Unica.5.
