Your role will span product definition, technical architecture, and team leadership, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Own the roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives. Lead projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Technical Excellence: Drive technical discussions, define and maintain architectural standards, and ensure high-quality code and systems design.Team Management: Conduct regular 1:1s, mentor team members, and drive performance reviews. Ensure optimal resource allocation and guide the team through technical challenges.Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and leadership to align engineering efforts with business goals. Influence product direction with deep insights into Web3 security challenges.Business Impact: Stay ahead of industry trends in Web3, bringing innovative ideas to the table. Leverage blockchain technologies and security trends to generate new revenue streams and improve market positioning.Must Have:5+ years of experience with distributed systems in the cloud.Strong expertise in backend architecture, testing, and design patterns.Hands-on experience with Docker, Microservices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and CI/CD.Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design, Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and RESTful APIs.Proven leadership and mentoring skills.Strong communication skills and fluency in English.Nice to Have:Experience with Golang, AWS, ReactJS, Terraform, and MongoDB.Previous experience in startups or entrepreneurial environments.Experience building security platforms/products, ideally in B2B environments.Passion for blockchain, digital assets and Cybersecurity.Interview Process:We value your time and have streamlined our interview process to ensure an efficient and engaging experience:1st stage (1h30min): Presentation of the company, business, and product.2nd stage (1h30min): Technical assessment.3rd stage (1h): Meet the team.Join us at Dedge Security, where you won’t just follow technology trends—you’ll define them.
