The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our clients, IT systems and infrastructure from the users to the customers and suppliers.The IT Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and networking components, as well as addressing any IT-related issues or concerns. He will be under the responsibility of a more experienced technician.Among the main responsabilities:Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components (workstations).Solve incidents regarding network in relationship which is currently managing all the infrastructure part for the client.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and on-site, to resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. The support will be done via phone/email and ServiceNow.Provide and configure devices of newcomers (Phone including line management, Laptop) plus training. Including the inventory management of the devices and consumables.Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in partnership with teams.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies and security best practices.Neccesary:Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies.Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking components.Solid knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, IOS, Android), productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365), and network environment.
