This role involves managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating materials, and assisting both trainers and employees in ensuring all training programs are delivered successfully. The mission of this role is to execute and track the annual learning plan and manage the necessary requirements to obtain government subsidies.Location: Spain, CornellàFREELANCE ROLE (3 days a week)Responsibilities:Review and update the dates in the Training Plan with vendors, if necessary.Analyze participants data (priority level, HG, job position, and location) to create groups for each course.Manage logistics: book rooms and ensure they are properly set up.Manage groups/sessions: create and send invites and track the participation response.Send the Knowledge/Skills Level survey before each session.Follow and manage the process to receive the government subsidies, ensuring the preparation of all required documents in a timely manner.Welcome participants and external facilitators in each session.Help vendors and participants interact with each other٫ when necessary.Send the Satisfaction Assessment survey to the participants of each session. Send the Impact Assessment of Development Action survey (90 days after each training)Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company (attendance reports; training KPIs; satisfaction assessments results; impact of development actions results;…)Monitor training-related expenses, such as catering, venues, or external trainers.Process invoices and ensure training programs stay within budget limits.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and trainers regarding training schedules, registration, and materials.Answer questions and provide information about training programs.Assist with ad hoc training projects as needed.Profile:1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a training or HR environment. Previous experience as a Training Coordinator/Administrator, or similar role.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus.Great attention to detailGreat interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skills, multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity withSpanish speaker and fluent in English.Send your CV to aanchal.kakkar@niitmts.comNIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
