WEU ECOMMERCE INTERN

Responsibilities:Support commercial invoices and credit notes issuing for WEU Regional Ecommerce department;Upload invoices/CNs to clients’ system and track the status;Support reconciliation with suppliers and clients;Manage Ecommerce Partner AP and AR;Other finance work;Requirements:Enrolled at a spanish university, major in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business administration, finance or a similar field of study;Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months;Proficient in Spanish and Chinese(Fluent in Chinese reading and writing);Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel;Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels;Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date;Must be currently enrolled at university and able to sign Three Parties Internship Agreement.
