We are searching for the best talent for Global Performance & IBP Management Lead to be in Colômbia, Bogotá or Brazil, SP.
Purpose.
- Lead One Performance Management Deliver tool as Business Process Owner (T1, T2 and T3) and drive performance mgmt.
Conversation in Global monthly reviews.
- Update and Lead Global Performance Mgmt.
Scorecard (metrics and comments) for T1 and T2 and work in collaboration with DPM and Performance Analytics for future developments.
- Focal point for Global/Regional Stakeholder Management for CUSTOMER KPIs (JJCC, OPA, New Cust Exp KPIs).
- Perform and Lead diagnostics and improvement process for Global Deliver organization throughout multiple areas, inside and outside Deliver.
- Own user requirements/stories based on business/stakeholder needs and partner with Deliver Data & Analytics and SC DPM team to develop the Digital.
- Performance Capabilities for Ops View and MPR that will relate to the Regional IBP Scorecard for the KPI Champion program (JJCC, OPA, New Cust Exp KPIs).
- Partner with other Business Owners (Regional or Global) to adopt and embed new Performance Indicators or capabilities that are Performance or IBP related for T1.
- Lead and consolidate Capacity Mgmt.
tool for Global summary in Deliver IBP and DSRM.
- Partner with D&A for Financial Cycle related with Performance Management and Digital Performance Capabilities in the Region (licenses, projects budget, consulting, etc).
You will be responsible for.
·       Own the Global Deliver Performance Management process in both, digital and review ·       Establishing, standardizing and lead performance indicators, reporting performance measurement reviews and 15% embebed new governance for Performance Reviews and continuos improvement process [Change Management].
·       Owns and manage compilation and publication of DELIVER dashboards, reports and action plans by Global and Regional 15% cadence and owns Capacity Management capabilities to proactively identified Risk and Opportunities.
·       Connect with strategic requirements to incorporate performance indicators or analysis outputs into the P&IBP cycle.
·       Performs and lead yearly Deliver Diagnostic for IM that includes assessments and improvement actions on following areas.
10% customer service, transportation, distribution centers and technical capability gaps aligned to business direction.
·       KPI´s global champion (JJCC, OPA, New Cust Exp KPIs) ·       Brainstorming sessions to develop Digital Performance Tools ·       Lead POC projects in Global and regions when needed ·       Project Management Lead to received new capabilities developed from global partners ·       Project Management Lead to create and deploy Global, Regional, Cluster/Market and Operational Views when needed (JJCC, OPA, New Cust Exp KPIs).
Qualifications Requirements.
·       5-8 years in Supply Chain business roles.
·       Agility to learn and challenge supply chain processes and stakeholders.
·       Analytical skills to manage information flows | Soft skills to manage multiple work teams by influence.
·       Highly collaborative and influential | Able to achieve results in a changing environment | Data input in Regional and Global dashboards.
·       Lead Digital performance Capabilities in the region.
·       Promote change management inside and outside Deliver.
·       Advanced Excel.
·       Storytelling through power point presentations.
·       English needed and nice to have Spanish.
