3D DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative 3D Artist to join our client's talented and inclusive team.
This full-time 3D artist role is fully remote and offers an attractive salary and benefits.
In this Lead 3D Artist role, you will be managing, rallying, and developing a 3D/2D artists team.
You'll have flexibility working from home, and the company offers training and development to further your career.
To give you an idea of how this 3D Development Lead role would look and feel, here are some of the areas you can expect to work in.
Overseeing and organizing the art production to meet the requirements in terms of the quality of the project while respecting technical, time and budget constraints   Building up the art direction for the project by working closely with the Art Director and the Technical Artist   Participating with the Lead Developers and the Technical Artist to the development of the pipeline and the tools needed to complete successfully the art production   Creating 3D and 2D assets (Props, Environments, Characters, Textures, etc)   We are seeking a 3D Development Lead with at least 6 years of experience as a 3D Artist and, ideally, experience as a Lead.
Additional qualifications include.
An excellent knowledge of how we develop a game, the constraints, and the interactions between all the trades of the production   Knowledge of current 3D software (3DSMax, ZBrush, Substance)   Good communication skills, and you are known for your art appraisal   Familiarity with 3D engineering would be a plus   As a vital member of the team, and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach, and commitment, we'll provide a favorable salary and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
