Your mission As a 3D Printing Technician at Supernova, you will be hands-on in every aspect of our 3D printing operations. You’ll take charge of setting up and operating our 3D printers, ensuring that every print meets our stringent quality standards. Your responsibilities will include the post-processing of parts, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously, and actively seeking ways to improve them. You’ll interface directly with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure that their expectations are met. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our Engineering and Materials teams, providing critical feedback on print quality, efficiency, and troubleshooting issues. Your insights will be instrumental in enhancing our VLM technology and driving continuous improvement across the production process.
