🚀 Elevate Your Career as an Accountant at Astek with a Path to Becoming an Administrative and Financial Manager!Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic and growing international company? At Astek, we're looking for an Accountant who is eager to grow into an Administrative and Financial Manager. You’ll have the unique opportunity to oversee the financial operations for our Spanish entities, Astek IBERIA and SOTEC, and play a key part in shaping the finance cluster for the Spanish market—with ambitions to expand its scope.💼 Your Mission:As part of our finance team, you will :Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned companies, including daily operations, general accounting, customers, suppliers, payroll, and tax related matters (including HR Taxes)Lead the monthly closing of accounts and review financial statements, collaborating with the shared finance team to resolve outstanding items.Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, legal, and business units to develop policies, processes, and drive key system initiatives and improvements.Interact with external partners such as accounting firms, auditors, and tax agents, etc.Ensure accuracy by verifying data entries and making corrections as needed.Build an accounting delivery center for SpainTackle ad-hoc projects assigned by your direct or dotted-line supervisor.🏃 What We’re Looking For:A degree in Accounting and at least 4 years of experience, with a solid grasp of tax and payroll matters.Fluency in English and Spanish.Strong understanding of Spanish accounting standards and regulations. 👤 Who You Are:A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can also work autonomously.Sociable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.Open to working with international managers and adapting to different cultural work styles.✨ About SOTEC & ASTEK IBERIA:Founded in 1996, SOTEC Consulting is a leading Spanish IT consulting firm with an international presence, providing top-notch ICT solutions.
