The hotel boasts 240 bedrooms of different sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool and our taqueria Tope, a bright and airy lobby, a multi-functional basement events space and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events concept). Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be you will be responsible to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of Accounting. Requisitos : What you’ll do… • Comply with all applicable laws related to fraud and collection procedure. • Generate and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports and presentations. • Analyse information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. • Balance credit card ledgers. •Verify contracts for groups and perform credit reference checks for direct billed groups if necessary. • Achieve and exceed goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc. • Develop specific goals and plan to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. • Submit reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines. • Ensure profits and losses are documented accurately. • Support supervisor with a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets. • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
