ACCOUNTANT (INTERIM)

Likewise, we seek to act as agents of change to promote equal opportunities in our environment, fostering respect and betting on diversity in all its forms.Whoever you are and however you feel, at Claire Joster you will have a place to shine.We are looking for an Accountant for one of our clients, a leading company in the Digital and Technological industry.The candidate, will support the Facilities department in the following:- Creation of new accounts.- PO and budget management.- Supervision and control of invoicing. - Coordinating team meetings and maintaining notes.- Ordering supplies for monthly needs and product launches.- Management of the office structure (free working spots, meeting rooms, parking...)- Managing invoicing for cleaning, reception, and mailroom services.- Setting up new suppliers.- Help in accountancy and financial matters.We need the candidates to demonstrate knowledge of tools needed for data entry and to use this knowledge to perform general transaction processing. Requirements:● University degree in Economics, BA or similar.● 3+ years’ experience within a multinational company is preferred.● Experience working with financial processes and administrations.● Experience within the hospitality, real estate or facilities management industry is preferred.● Proficiency English level mandatory.What do we offer?- A temporary contract of 3 months and then a permanent contract with our client.- Hybrid working model.- Office in Madrid (well communicated).- Growth and career opportunities.¡This is your chance!
