Operating in multiple countries with over 2 million customers per year, we bring fun and adventure to families globally, with our headquarters in Los Angeles, USA, and Madrid, Spain.Our Co-Founder, Laurence Hallier resides in Madrid, Spain and Los Angeles, California has funded and started over 20 companies including two exits to Fortune 500 companies each over $100 million.  Our other Co-Founder, Antonio Nieves, grew up in Las Vegas in foster care and was the oldest of 10 children and is very active with the FunBox charities.Seeking a Full-Time Accountant/Marketing Monitor to join a small team in Madrid, Spain.About the Role: You’ll play a crucial role in our financial operations, especially in handling and managing franchising and licensing operations mostly for our USA based customers.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and oversee accounting tasks and financial transactions.Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and reconciliation processes, Journal entries, expenses etc. Collaborate with franchisees across the U.S. to ensure timely communication and  reporting.Manage & monitor weekly ad budget/spend.Oversee dashboard & reports on weekly revenue/ads/expenses.Requirements:Preferred 3 years of experience in accounting.FLUENTin English, both written and spoken.Educational background from a British or American school or experience living abroad is ideal.Strong knowledge of accounting practices.Proficiency in accounting software (ex: Quickboooks, Excel, Google Sheets) High-energy, detail-oriented, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment.Unique Work Schedule: (Must support USA Franchisee timezones)Thursday to Monday (must work Saturday & Sundays) - off Tuesday & WednesdayMonday & Thursday - 12:00-20:00 (Office)Friday & Saturday Split shift 14:00-22:00 (Office)Sunday (Part-Time Remote)  Must monitor from phone/tablet approx. 2 hours workWhy FunBox?Be part of a fast-growing, international company.Work in a fun and energetic environment.Collaborate with an experienced and passionate global team.If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in your accounting career, thrive in a high-energy role, and work in a vibrant, creative company, we’d love to hear from you!  Contact Richard Gende - richard@funbox.com Location: Madrid, SpainCompensation: Depending on experience €18.000-26.000 + bonusExperience: 3+ years but we will consider a recent graduate with no experience.Apply now and be a part of the FunBox journey!
