The project!
As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will ensure that invoices are paid efficiently and on time. You will be part of our Finance Team, based in our Barcelona Offices (Sant Feliu de Llobregat)
What will the role entail?
• Participating in the accounting activities of our own brands: Pepe Jeans, Hackett, and Façonnable.
• Providing administrative support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Monitoring expenses and maintaining records for tax purposes.
• Managing payments to suppliers and purchase orders.
• Managing the aging and closing process of your purchasing group.
• Resolving discrepancies and maintaining communication with suppliers.

Requirements
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in the retail sector and in a multinational environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced level of English (other languages such as French or German are a plus).
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Critical and analytical thinking.
• Proactivity.
