Prepare vouchers for processing Data entry/ keying into payable systems Processing of vendor debit or credit memos Statement reconciliation Invoice exceptions and supplier queries Processing of employee expense reimbursements Record retention, tracking and reporting for tax purposes Management reporting specific to accounts payable Provide information and coding to facilitate the recording of journal entries in GL Perform data balancing activities Reconcile / analyze general ledger accounts Communicate higher level/ more complex issues to Sr.

At least 2 years of experience as an Account Payables Very high English & Spanish Level.
