Record vendor invoices accurately in the system, ensuring they are properly categorized.
Vendor Support.
Handle questions or issues from vendors quickly and professionally.
Invoice Follow-Up.
Keep track of invoices from the moment they are received until they are paid, making sure deadlines are met.
Vendor Coordination.
Be the main contact person for a group of vendors, maintaining good relationships.
Team Collaboration.
Work with other departments and vendors to ensure payments are processed smoothly.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Experience.
Previous experience in Accounts Payable is a must.
Excel.
Comfortable with medium-level Excel tasks.
Accounting Basics.
Understand general accounting principles.
Languages.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proactive and quick to learn.
