We are committed to recruiting the best talent regardless of race, religion, gender, age and other abilities, promoting their professional and personal development.Overview: The Activation technician will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient customer order fulfillment through cross-functional collaboration with strategic buyers, material planning specialists, and accounts payable operations. This position is responsible for managing procurement processes, supplier data, and streamlining supplier onboarding and payment workflows. Additionally, the specialist will support sourcing initiatives, process improvements, and data management, while also managing purchase orders.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with strategic buyers, material planning specialists, and accounts payable teams to ensure timely and efficient customer order fulfillment.Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth procurement processes.Oversee and manage procurement processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply ordering.Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data and records.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.Negotiate costs, deadlines, and quantities with suppliers, ensuring all specifications are met.Optimize payment workflows to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliersSupport sourcing initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supplier relationships.Utilize data management tools to analyze and improve procurement performance.Create, review, and manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.Coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues impacting project progress.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
