The role is uniquely positioned to enhance our operational efficiency, elevate client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through insightful data-driven decision-making.
This position serves as a bridge between business and engineering, aligning efforts to develop effective advertising strategies.
Collaborating with technology and business teams on a day-to-day basis ensures that our advertising efforts are not only data-driven but also technologically robust and at the same time aligned with our business goals What you"ll do.
Discover insights that will guide strategic decisions on platform roadmap and uncover optimization opportunities for advertising performance campaigns (Performance-based DSPs).
Design and conduct A/B tests, and develop dashboards/reports/alerting tools depicting key metrics for performance evaluation.
Work closely with the AdOps team to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns (provide insight into campaign configuration and advise on optimization).
Proactive collaboration with R&D on platform buying optimization (buying strategies, features setup, auction optimization).
Proactive collaboration with the engineering team on product development (features setups and optimization).
Troubleshooting (both - technical and business), platform health management.
Participate in external calls with the clients on request Who You Are.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
3+ years of experience in digital advertising and/or marketing (AdTech as an advantage).
Successful experience with CPA, and CPO campaign optimizations, solid understanding of performance and affiliate markets, and experience with traffic arbitrage an advantage.
Knowledge of SQL/Microsoft Excel/Google BigQuery/Tableau.
Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques (eg, A/B testing, correlation) and how they can be applied to business goals.
Knowledge of RTB buying strategies and optimization algorithms as an advantage Knowledge of HTML/JS/XML as an advantage.
English - upper intermediate level, other languages are a huge plus.
Self-management skills, critical thinking, proactiveness, high level of responsibility, and reliability.
