Golden Leaves International, a leading player in the Insurance industry, is on the lookout for a talented and dedicated individual to join their team in the role of Administration and Sales. Based in the picturesque location of Xàbia, Spain, this small but dynamic company offers a unique opportunity to work in an intimate setting with a team size of 1-10 employees. Tasks

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
Assist in preparing and organizing company meetings and events
Maintain and update company databases and records
Handle correspondence with clients and sales
Support other team members with various administrative/ sales tasks as needed

Requirements

Experience in Business Administration / Sales or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
