This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, and has a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email - Assist with office administration tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping - Support the car hire and real estate operations - Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients - Basic data entry and computer tasks - Occasional driving tasks related to the business Requirements.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - Valid driving licence - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) - Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone - Must like animals (we have cat in the office) - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Flexible availability (half-time and full-time positions available) If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you!
