This role involves managing incidents, monitoring shipment volumes, handling escalations, and performing different administrative tasks related to the position.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage and resolve operational incidents effectively.
Monitor and track shipment volumes to ensure smooth operations.
Handle escalations to relevant stakeholders.
Perform general administrative duties related to customer service.
Requirements.
Methodical but also flexible personality.
High proficiency in English.
A significant part of the role involves communication with entities from our group located abroad.
Experience in the logistics sector Advance user in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer.
Type of Contract.
Temporary 3 months (ETT) + Transfer to company Hours.
Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 8am to 3pm Modality.
Mixed Salary package.
