contabilizar las facturas recibidas por las empresas para cumplir con las obligaciones de pago a proveedores en tiempo y forma, siguiendo los procedimientos corporativos y la legalidad vigente.
Sus principales FUNCIONES  serán.
Comprobar que todas las facturas recibidas tengan todos los datos fiscales correctos y, en caso contrario, devolverlas al proveedor para que subsane los errores con el fin de asegurar que toda la documentación de que dispone Lacer cumple los requisitos legales.
Revisar, archivar y reclamar cuando proceda los albaranes de los pedidos, así como resolver las posibles incidencias que se puedan producir con el fin de contabilizar las facturas adecuadamente.
Contabilizar las facturas recibidas para mantener el control de las fechas de vencimiento.
Desbloquear para su pago las facturas bloqueadas por algún motivo por el cliente interno, y que ya están en estado de libre disposición para proceder a su pago en las condiciones pactadas.
Resolver las incidencias de cualquier tipo con el proveedor y los clientes internos/as para minimizar las interrupciones en el circuito de pago.
Con la periodicidad acordada, anular los pedidos antiguos para asegurar que SAP no contiene información obsoleta.
Buscar y facilitar facturas, a petición de solicitantes internos, auditores, subvenciones u otros requerimientos.
Archivar la documentación con el fin de asegurar la buena organización y disponibilidad de la misma.

Formación Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Administración y Gestión.
Nivel medio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Conocimientos de SAP.
