The role    As the Advanced Analytics Lead you will own the leadership of the marketing analytics practices in Z-EUR by embedding data and analytics into day-to-day decision making to drive optimal total investment across marketing.
A champion of transformation and excellence, this role will focus on adoption, embedding and enabling marketing with data and tools that serves their needs to drive marketing effectivness and improve data driven decision making.
The role requires collaboration  and business partnering across the matrix to guide the business to make the right choices in marketing investment and drive growth.
The role requires a communicator who can influence and drive change in the organization.
What you’ll do    You will work with a diverse and inspiring team of experts across our Z-EUR House of Digital, CMIA, Media, Media Agency and Advanced Analytics Lead in the category and market, and will be responsible for.
Co-develop the tools for MROI and Always On Campaign Optimisation programs across all Zone EUR categories & markets, as well as potential other future media, marketing, price and promotion effectiveness programs.
Lead the adoption of our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solution to maximize the benefit of the tool by embedding it within our business practices at the right time, people and skills.
Ensure cross-fertilization of insights & vest practice at category/brand level across markets based on M&S Cockpit/MROI data.
Works with Marketing Campus to develop training program for media, marketing, price and promotion effectiveness.
coaching program for Advanced Analytics Managers and upskilling programs for marketers.
Recommendations on latest AI and advanced data science techniques and trends to educate marketers and Advanced Analytics Managers in and update tool/technology used with Z-EUR House of Digital.
Standardize media process for planning, optimization and evaluation, integrating media, marketing, price and promotion effectiveness study outputs.
Co-develop process with categories and markets.
Develop long-term roadmap of the function that defines strategic direction in collaboration with global, regional and local teams and aims to further increase the value realization coming out of MMM and MROI.
Minimum qualifications   10+ years’ experience in analytics consulting/delivery in marketing analytics (strategy).
Experience in retail digital media and shopper investments.
Experience in analytics/ data driven marketing within the FMCG industry and/or media agency.
Strong expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement and tools e.
.
Attribution measurement, marketing mix modeling, multi touch attribution, sales lift measurement.
Excellent knowledge of media KPIs at varying levels of granularity.
Strong and experienced in change management program applied to measurement, e.
.
coaching teams and developing training programs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate work across many functions, in different geographies/cultures.
Great stakeholder management at all levels.
Effectively handles pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities, and ability to influence others.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Bonus Points If You.
Fluent in other European language.
Good experience with agile project management methodology.
