Our Affiliate Marketing Manager will be based in Barcelona.
What will be your responsibilities?

Affiliate Channel Management: Develop and execute the strategy for the affiliate channel, driving continuous growth and optimization across active markets.

Affiliate Network Expansion: Identify, attract, and onboard new affiliates, building a robust network in Spain, Italy, France, and Germany.

Optimize Collaborations: Support market affiliates executives in improving the performance of existing affiliate relationships by implementing optimization strategies and providing guidance.

Negotiate Visibility Packages: Assist market affiliates executives in negotiating visibility and collaboration agreements, ensuring campaigns achieve optimal results.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate channel performance across markets, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and meet business objectives.

Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights with market teams to ensure innovation and alignment.
Minimum requirements What are we looking for?
At least 3 years of experience managing affiliate marketing channels, with proven expertise using the AWIN affiliate platform.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools; experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is essential.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities while negotiating beneficial agreements.
Experience collaborating with market executives to implement strategies aligned with company goals.
A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
What will make your profile stand out?
Experience creating advanced dashboards and reports using Looker Studio.
Knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, particularly within the Beauty & Health industries.
